A person says "You are not me, you don't know who I am! Look at where we say " I am." I am this body, this flesh, this blood. We touch our own face and skin and say I am me, I am this person, my own individual personality. Well, you are and you are not.
If you look beyond, you will see the bigger picture. What is left of you if the food you eat, the water you drink, the air you breathe is taken away from your body? What you call your "individual personality did not drop from the sky. Take away your mother and father, take away your ancestral influences you have inherited, take away all the culture, language and perceptions you have aquired: then what will be left of you? In this bigger picture, you carry within you the entire history of your evolution as well as millions of years of the future to come, the entire network of relationships, the continuous dance of life; you are much more than this small individual.
